Treatments
I’m a caring Massage Therapist specializing in a variety of holistic treatment services that address the root causes and not just the symptoms of pains and ailments. Contact me to find out more about how I can help you.
Swedish Massage
Goes beyond relaxation by increasing oxygen levels in the blood to aid in circulation and flexibility. This is achieved by rubbing muscles in long, gliding motions to achieve best results.
Therapeutic Massage
Whether you need to work on a specific problem area, relieve general pain, or just reduce muscle tension and stress, this is a great option for rest, relaxation, and rejuvenation.
Deep Tissue Massage
Treats musculoskeletal issues caused by various types of injuries and strains. This technique provides deep, sustained pressure to target the inner layers of muscle and connective tissue in problem areas.
Prenatal Massage
Specifically designed for expecting mothers throughout all stages of pregnancy. This may help relieve aches, pains, and stress related to pregnancy.
Hot Stone Massage
Body work involving the placement of hot stones on the body for the purpose of pain relief, relaxation, and therapy; the heat and smoothness of the stones is more invigorating and can help release tension in the muscles. Not appropriate for those with high blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease, cancer, epilepsy, recent surgeries, or pregnancy.
Reflexology
An ancient form of body work that involves applying different amounts of pressure to points on the feet to help reduce symptoms throughout the body.
Cupping
Applying silicone suction cups to the affected area(s) to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, and to reduce scar tissue and adhesions. May leave round bruising that will heal in a few days. Cupping is not appropriate for those who are prone to blood clots, or have heart disease, bleeding disorders, pregnancy, and/or anemia. I personally have experienced pain relief with cupping after just one session.
Floor Ashiatsu Massage
Experience the deep, therapeutic benefits of our Floor Ashiatsu massage. Using the weight and precision of the feet, our licensed massage therapist will apply broad, deep pressure along the body to help alleviate tension, release muscle tightness, and promote overall relaxation. This technique is ideal for those who prefer a deeper touch and works especially well for larger muscle groups, helping improve circulation and flexibility.

Floor Ashiatsu is not recommended for individuals with delicate bones (such as those with osteoporosis), acute injuries, or certain spinal conditions. It is also not suitable for pregnant clients, clients with blood clotting disorders, those who prefer lighter pressure, individuals with limited physical strength or mobility, or clients with significant weight management concerns, as the massage is conducted on the floor and requires some mobility and comfort with body positioning.
